Principal researcher and lead author of a landmark report examining the labour-market, institutional-readiness and private-sector implications of Timor-Leste's accession to the World Trade Organization and ASEAN.

Led the Australian Mission to ASEAN's oversight of ADB-delivered technical assistance, making the movement of goods and people in the Mekong faster, cheaper, and easier - acting as a key testing sandbox for ASEAN initiatives.

Stepped into a temporary role of closing out the first phase of P4I, managing the transition to Phase 2, including a wide-ranging overhaul of main communications channels and products.

Designed and operationalized performance monitoring systems for Cambodia’s Techo Startup Centre, supporting MSME digitalization through its Digital Adoption Initiative.
Led Australian Government oversight and direction of ADB-delivered Mekong Business Initiative, targeting the business-enabling environments in ASEAN-4 economies (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Vietnam) to narrow the development gap with ASEAN peers.

Authored the ILO research brief, leading the research, analysis, stakeholder consultations and development of policy recommendations to promote entrepreneurship and investment among return migrant workers in the Pacific.
